Laws are very important in binding the any state in one unit; these are great source of creating discipline and providing the resolution in the any society. With the proper legislation in any society we may see that there is a unity as well as the beauty of living in that particular society and without the proper absence of the laws in the society creates anarchy in the society. You may see that there is an absence of discipline, rules and regulation in that particular society. So we may say activeness of laws is very important in the society.  

The Supremacy Clause is a type of the constitution clause in the constitution of the United States of American Constitution, article VI, and paragraph 2. This clause  of United States of  American constitution institutes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. treaties and it is thought to be the "the supreme law of the land". The text of this supreme clause of the United States of American constitution creates these as a the highest of the structure of law in the American legal system that is present in the America, and it is mandating that state judges of the United States of the America encourage them at every cost, in spite of all the all if there state laws or constitutions have a clash.

The supreme clause of any country is very important clause has a very important place in the constituent, we may not rule out this clause, all the rules made in that particular country are all under that supreme clause, and we had a provision in the constitution that all the laws those will be made afterwards will not make any clash with the supreme clause of the country. It holds the supremacy and the sovereignty of the country that is the main reason that it is holds at the supreme level.

Actually supreme clause of any country has all the important ingredients of the laws in it. This shows the strength of the country constitution. Those laws would be made after this supreme clause will be followed by this supreme clause. These all after coming laws should be work under this supreme clause, as these should not conflict with the main supreme clause. Therefore it is very important to note that all the rules those are made in the country should not have any sort of clash with the supreme clause as it is present in the United States of the America, in case if there any legislation is made in the country that is somewhat creates the conflict then the supreme clause will be given preference.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
