When you ask about the definition of the "property," to any layman then he will answer that property means something that can be touched, a tangible form of something, that rests under the ownership of any person, or by any corporation or by the any unit of the government that may be called a property. These words uttered by any layman can be true but so far as the view point of a layer who is a man of law that sees thing in the genuine colors of law may not correct in his understanding. There are two main reasons that can confuse any lawyer, in the first place, there is a first thing of confusion "property" with the various subjects of "property," and at the second place he thinks that the subjects of the property may be intangible shape, those objects whom we may not touch can also come in the jurisdiction of the property. In the brooder and in the exact words we may describe that a property is not a thing at all although we may also include things in the property.

Kinds of Property
Property law is that kind of law that deals with the different forms of your property dealing as well as with your property ownership. In this segment of law we discuss about the property in both forms in movable and immovable property, this is the division that is found in the property law. If we delve deep into the movable and immovable property then we will come to know that the movable property is that property that can be moved from one point to another point like the animals, your vehicle, and your luggage and so on. The immovable property is that property that cannot be moved from one point to another point like your land comes in that property, your home, your shops and same other things like this. This division, we discuss in the Civil law system. When we talk about the property, then the property of al types comes in its jurisdiction, and the laws regarding these properties come in it. In some areas of the world, all the property was actually the ownership of the some high authority like the monarch in the past times, and in the modern set up of the government, it was the ownership of the government of some independent country. This was the property was managed by the some specific types of the system, and again property laws were evolved for its management.
