Laws are made for every body; actually this is the beauty of the law that it covers all types of the situation as well as all the persons of all age. We have also laws are present for the underage people these are called the minor laws. Actually it is the consent of the law that all the violators of the law should be treated according with the law. Laws are made for the human beings so that there can be a difference between the human society and the animal society. If there any body commits the violation he may either be a young or the old he should be taken to the task, but we a difference of handling the under aged person as compare to the old ones. Actually laws are made in the society for the controlling of the violations of the laws, these are not meant in the society to punish the human beings but these are made to tackle the impure and dirty nature in the society, and this nature also can be of the underage person those are called the minors in the society.

In the minor laws age plays an important role, it is been determined different in the different countries in the countries like the Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, a minor is considered a person that is under 20 years of age. In the same way we can see that in New Zealand law, the age of the minor person is under 20 years of age, but there are the certain other matters are thought to be the legal in the age of the 18 years, among these matters the matters are relating to the, voting, entering into contracts, and having a will are all legally possible at 18.

The main idea behind this minor law is to prevent of the crime. Among these minor laws the experts put all the necessary relaxation for the under aged persons, those are not actually criminal but they are violators of law under some specific circumstances. Such are the minor laws tackle them.
