Only in the United States of America, there were five major departments were involved in the process of the immigration. These five major departments of Americans were the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the Department of State, the Department of Labor, and the department of Health and Human Services.
Immigration through Lottery
Every year, in the different countries of the world we may see that there is a lottery system is also introduced. In America the Federal government launched a Diversity Visa Lottery. This system of lottery permits the citizens of other countries a right to get legal entry into the United States of America through this lottery scheme presented by the Federal government.  But there is a condition that those countries are allowed to participate in this system those have the low rates of immigration to the America, these are the countries are allowed to apply.
Different Types of Visa
There are always two types of visa are described in the whole of the world, among this division, at first place those people who wants to live in any country permanently they get the visa that is called Immigrant Visa.  At the second place, there is a Non Immigrant Visa that is permitted to offer to those persons those who want to stay thee for some time. Among this type are the tourists or those persons who come to visit the country.
Control measures
Among this whole of the process we need to be very careful, as a lot of the countries are showing the cautiousness in the borders or on the entry point such as the border and on the entry points and on the airports. For the controlling measures, there is a department like a Customs Department that checks and inspects the traveling documents, a passport, your traveling ticket and other necessary documents on the entry point or on the airport.

Mostly countries of the world have various laws that are assigning processes of naturalization. All the immigrants may become citizens by these assigned processes of naturalizations.

There are numerous different countries in the world that have set up customs at the entry points of the country, where traveling documents of passengers are inspected. They generally need important documents like passports with and without the visa, onward tickets, WHO cards and other business cards. They sometime need presentation of the amount of cash, which is used by the travelers to verify that long they allowing travelers to stay. The amount of cash is usually 500 € for 1 month for the poorer countries and 1000 € for the richer countries of the entire world.

The law of immigration is different from region to region in the whole world. Immigration law is USA is commanded by the individual colonies. In fact, all the process of immigration are managed and maintained by the executive branches of Federal Government. The five major departments of executive branches are involved in the immigration processes. These departments are: Department of Health and Services, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Securities, Department of Labor and Department of State. In all these departments, department of homeland security has main functions that are implementing immigration laws. The Custom Enforcement and US immigration is responsible for implementing immigration laws. The US Custom and Immigration department is also divided into many other departments including detention and removal, air and marine operations, federal air marshal services, intelligence, immigration investigations and federal protective services.

Immigration law in UK is also very important. All the British overseas have equal legal rights like the other British citizens. British citizenship can easily be obtained as a right for any person, who was born in British overseas regions or also in Britain. It is also given to those individuals whom one parent is British citizen.
