This video was released on BBC a time when everybody was expecting “something new” to reverse Sawat deal.

Preferably govt should be allowed to look into this matter and let the Justice system do the justice.

Instead our stupid media started looping this video infinitely around the clock using this event to support their own agenda. I had to lie to my 4-6 year old kids to help them understand, why this video is there for all 3-4 days. and I am seriously thinking to get rid of these careless”Pakistani” channels, especially geo tv.

Altaf Hussain, a known serial killer flamed his blind followrs to polarize the masses.”this incident happend after peace deal” (how do u know u moron) “hang the punisher for number of days egual to number of lashes….” I would say look who is sying this.

there are several things thatt need clear answers.

Why is media delibrately overriding the known aspects of this case.

Maulana Sufi Muhammad’s representative has catagorically told that “this event didn’t occur in Sawat” but there was a case of a married woman having illigitimate relations with her father-in-law for three years, some 7 months ago. after self confession, she was punished indoorand and her father in law got double the lashes.He added that she was lucky to get just 17 lashes cuz in presence of Sharia since feb 09, punishment is Rijm.
he further told that people holding her were her brother and Mehram relatives.

Quran says
024.002 The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.
per hadith, Rijm is proven in every Islamic school of thought.

Now what media continuously focused on is (even after the details provided above)
1. she went out with someone….and got punished.
2. Na-Mahram rascals held her when she was being lashed.
3. She is 17 years old. (this guess was made by BBC last wednesday)
4. The guy wasn’t punished.(again a lie)
5. Taliban are animals.Sawat should be liberated from them.

meanwhile sawat people have rallied to defend the peace deal in sawat.

when I compare the two sets of arguments, it seems that everyone is shamelessly exploiting the situation.

This video doesn’t seem about what sawat representative explained (he said that too) the incident he explained has no problem per islam.

an open investigation should be done (thanks to Justice Iftikhar), if she is by rare chance the same woman,there is nothing to do.

I strongly feel that this video is about a different incident either in Sawat or FATA (or may be Afghanistan). in that case, real story needs to be uncovered. it obviously doesn’t make sense that she spent 14 to 17 years of age with father in law.

If this different story happend in Sawat, CJ needs to uncover it, and punish such self defined God fathers. but need to coordinate with Sawat govt instead of disgracing them to harm the peace. keep in mind, even the tone of establishment can make things worse.

(Unfortunately this is may happen…..hand over or we will…..)

I don’t want to comment more on the media. they are simply shameless, and have a different agenda.

And if peace deal breaks due to this incident, then Taliban are right.
