Introduction
Before going to start about the bar association, we will have to see at the priority that what is actually bar association and what is the need of that bar association in the law process. Actually the bar association is the company of the layers   those are working under the state organization. These are very highly professional as well as the law educated persons those are dedicated for the people to provide justice for them. The bar association of the layer has the different members and it be bigger or smaller in the size. The bar association is available in all the states.

As we have discussed earlier that the size and the shapes of the bar association may differ in the country to country, there are in the world the some bar associations are very small in size and some the bar association sizes are very large.  So far as the American bar association is concerned The New York State Bar Association, whose abbreviation is NYSBA, is thought to be very big bar association it has approximately 76,000 members. The New York Bar Association is the is the largest voluntary bar association in the United States of the America.
Objectives of State bar Association
Every association has some sorts of objective in the society, no society or an organization survives in the world without the proper objective. In the same the Bar association in the world has also some very important objectives. If we see The United States of American Bar Associations objectives are concerned these are all stated in the constitution of the 1877, And these objectives are as under to cultivate the science of jurisprudence, to promote more of the reforms in the law, to provide more facility to the administration of justice, and to give more heightened the great standards of integrity, honor, professional skill and courtesy in the legal profession. These are the very lofty ideals those are the objectives of the American Bar Association. These are ideals those are set by the bar association to obtain, as we cannot say that these are the ideals those are not yet achieved by the bar association, the bar association of the United States of the America has worked a lot in the getting these objectives, at the same time we may see a lot of new reforms has also been presented in these objectives by the bar association, yet new reforms yet to be achieved.
There are some other works those have been done by the Bar Association in this sphere, these are the State Bar Association has done a great job in making the more simplifying the procedures of the courts. This is the main and the most important work that has been done by the State Bar Association. State Bar Association has also very helpful in raising the standards of the judicial procedures if the court. This profession of judiciary is a great profession, irrespective to a profession it is a service of the human being those are illegally indulge in the legal affairs. So the element of corruption can be imposed on the layers and all the personals attached with this department. State Bar Association tries to make this profession very integrate and sacred with the several new reforms. These are the legal reforms are very important as well as very useful in up righting this matter. This State Bar Association in the United States of America meets in the meeting on the regular basis. The members of this State Bar remain in the contact four times in a year. And such decisions made by the State Bar Association on the various issues become the policy matter of the Bar Association.
