Among these laws some law are made for the mal practices in our present age. The laws related to the malpractice are the need of the day, as we can see the more of this menace is spreading in the modern age. Malpractice in the different aspects of the life is increasing day after day; therefore it is the need of the day to settle this up coming problem with the proper and sever type of legislation. There had been a great working we can see in the books of the laws in almost all the countries of the world.

Though the practice of illegal and the unfair means is not specifically attached to any specific country, it can be seen at every where and all walks of life, but especially y in the third world countries are facing this menace  more as compare to the advanced countries in the world. Therefore it is the need of these countries to make more strict and more effective legislation regarding these laws about mal practice in their countries. Though we may see the mal practice laws are performing well in combating the mal practice activities in these countries, but it is suggested to make more to handle the situation. The reason behind this increasing malpractice in these under developed as well as in the developing countries is mainly due to the lack of the resources and the frustration that is clearly seen in the people of these countries. One more important reason of these malpractices in these countries is the unawareness and uneducated population. The expert present their views in this regard that the only effective and proper legislation with the strictly implantation can only control this malpractice spreading. Only making of the laws are not the sufficient for this controlling the malpractice.

So far as the malpractice activities in the advanced countries are concerned, we may see that there are also increasing in these countries also, but the statically figures shows that the malpractice activities those are present in the developed countries there are not so sever or the graph of the increment is not going as high as in the under developed countries.
