There are different types of legal publications are being published in the modern age; the main reason about this legal publication is the needed that is increasing in the modern age regarding these legal publication. There is a question, in the first priority that what is actually legal publication and what is the use of this legal publication and the most of the important is that, what is the need of the legal publication especially in the modern age. So the question that what are the legal publications contains all the important rules and the regulation regarding the publication those are made in that particular about those publications. The rules about these legal publications may differ from time to time and the place to place in the societies. In the old times we had some laws were initiated , those were the laws were very important and had all the necessary needs of the day but with the passage of time we see a lot of changes in the laws and these rules of publication those were really very important and these rules made the publications very legal.

What is the need of the laws for legal publications in the society; actually as we know there   specific rules are necessary in every society for the fair publication. This can only be happen in the society if there are some fair rules and regulations persist in that society. So the needs for the laws regarding the legal publications are almost inevitable in the society. There is a great embezzlement can happen in the fair play of the legal publication and there might be a great roar can be happen in the society regarding this malpractice related to this legal publications. Therefore we need to establish some laws those could ensure the legal publication in the society.  These laws remain very helpful having all the illegal matters to the legal in the society regarding the legal publication. So it can be said that these are the laws those can set a fair play in the legal publication in the society.
As in every field of life, if we want to be fair in any side of the life we need to made some rules and the regulation in that particular area, that will definitely enable us in stopping the all the illegalities in the society, in the same way in the field of publication these rules and the relation are more earnestly needed.
The issue of the legal publication is the matter of particular area, it cannot be happen that the laws related to the legal publications could be made and these could be generalized in the whole of the society. These laws regarding the legal publication are the matter of the all specified areas in the society. All the societies are working on these legal issues those can be brought before the any public regarding the legal publications. So we shell have to see the matters of legal issues related to the legal publications in every society with their specific atmosphere.
The working that we are looking on this in the modern age is far better as compare to the old times as we know that in the old times, this issue that some rules should be established for the legal publication could be evolved, was not mostly in the fashion. In the past, this issues was not tackled as an issues and that is the reason we had not so much data present but now it issues is greatly in working position and in almost all the countries of the world are making some rules and the laws so that the legal publications could be ensured.
