Appellate court

Appellate court that is also called the court of Appeal is present in all the states with the different names as well as with the different functions. Every state has a strong judiciary system in its jurisdiction that remains very helpful in the making the society more effective and proving the justice in the country. The courts those are present in the country are very important institution, these provide the justice in the people present in that country. These courts make decisions in the different cases and these decisions provide a great sense of justice in the country.Appellate court
The course of the justice cannot seems full-fledge in the society, if thee is a not present any appellate court present in that country.  Some times it happens that some decisions are need to be reviewed, therefore applicant wishes to get the proper review of the decision. For this purpose the role and the presence of the Appellate court comes before our eyes. In these Appellate courts the aggrieved person can forward its application regarding any case that has been decided recently. There are different a main Appellate courts are present in the country, those are very important for the considering the court appeal.
It can never happen in any society that any institution or any department can survive with the full beauty and charm without the establishing the rules and the regulations in the society. We have to make some very precious rules and the regulation for the fair play on the society. These rules and the regulations are very important for all type of the department. If there is any society is present in the world that is living without the proper rules and the regulation that cannot win the trust of the people and it cannot survive more in this society.
The same is the case with the courts; the responsibility of making rules as well as the different regulation in the society is the primary object of the courts in any society. These courts are not only creating some good example of obedience of the law but these are really very helpful in explaining the laws in the society. So these courts are a great source of explaining the laws in the court, but in spite of all this great responsibility, there are some rules and the regulations those are made for the courts especially. These courts are tom abide by these laws of the courts at every cost.
There are different types of Appellate courts are present in the society, these are the courts really a great source of justice in the society. If we feel that we are not given the rights, and then we call appeal in the court for this purpose, the courts are bound to heart the aggravated persons. We may see the Appellate courts in the different level, like we can apply our case at the district level at the session court that is also an Appellate court, after this we can also apply at the higher level in the High Court. That is also an Appellate court of justice that comes after the session Court. If any body feels that he is not fully satisfied in this court of the law then we may appear with his case ion the highest court of the state, Supreme Court. Supreme Court is the highest court in the State.
Supreme Court is also an Applet court in the country; it has the full powers to exercise in the whole of the state. This court can hear all the Appeals on the different lower courts decisions. It is the Supreme authority over the whole courts in the state.
