Aviation law
A lot of laws are present in the societies of the world regarding the different matters. Laws are made by the man for the convenience of the people, due to these laws, it becomes really very easy to patch-up with the situation. There are different laws are available on the different segments in the world. All these laws are made in keeping in the mind all the ground realities of such. No law law can survive or easily remain intact ion the society without the proper adaptation of the society. And any society accepts any law by heart if it finds it suitable to the environmental grounds. As unit has been described earlier that laws are made by the society in order to make smoothness in the society, so that through the implementation of law every body could accept them and there could be a friendly atmosphere could evolve.
Among the different laws present in the society there a also a segment of law present there that is the Aviation laws, it is a branch of the law that is related to the flight, air travelling and it is also associated with the the business as well as the legal matters. There is the Admiralty law in some specific areas overlap this Aviation laws. As it is related to their travelling that is the reason that it is related to the international laws. Aviation laws determine all the important issues regarding the air travelling, all the inns and outs of the air travelling internationally are concerned with this aviation laws. Businesses related to the air travelling are also concerned with this Aviation laws. All the procedure regarding the business point of view is related to the Aviation laws. This is the Aviation law that sets all the rules and the regulation regarding the business, and we may see the governing body also there that implements those regulations on people. In every country there you will see the offices of the Aviation departments; in the United States of America we have a Federal Aviation Administration that via controlling all the issues regarding the aspects of the flight. On the international level there is an Aviation authority is also present that is working under the name of the International Aviation Authority that is submitting the rules and the regulations of the international concerns. At the same time this International Aviation Organization thinks over the international co regarding the issues and problems. This is specializes agency that is working under the United Nations.
United States
So far as the Aviation laws are concerned, every country has its own working condition regarding this Aviation Laws. In the United States of America and among the most of the European nations, it is considered that these aviation laws are thought to be the federal as well as the state level issues those are treated by the same type of the authority. These aviation laws are the matters those are directly handled by the Federal laws or the case laws for the functions.
Inspite of all this Aviation law is not in the United States controlled under the same Federal mandate of jurisdiction as is admiralty law work; that is the same that the United States Constitution gives for the management of admiralty, it does not offer like that for the aviation law.
Also, state goods liability law is not prevent by Federal law and in different other cases, aviation producers may be seized severely accountable for faults in aviation products. We may see that there a lot of changes happens when there is a catastrophic events comes, then there are different variation are made by the authority in the rules and the regulations.
The law regulating civil aviation in Cameroon is law n°98/023 of 24 December 1998 on the regime of civil aviation.
