Introduction
Immigration laws are those laws which determine the laws relating to the process of the immigration of any government about its country. It is a law that is related to the foreign citizens; discuss the matters regarding the legal status of person. These immigration laws are not the same; these laws can be different from one state to other state. These laws can be different due to the political climate, as per sentiment and the incoming of the new immigrants in that particular country.
Immigration laws
Immigration laws are normally formed for the citizens under the light of the international law. As we have discussed it before, that these immigration laws are formed under the climate of that particular country, thee are instances are found in the world that some countries have very strict immigration laws, regarding the entry of any person as well as the stay of that person in that country for the citizenship may differ country to country. There is a specific laws are present in some countries those determine that process that is important to follow for the citizenship of any country citizenship.
Immigration laws in different countries
The immigration laws in the different countries of the world may differ from one country to another, for example United States of America has very complicated type of procedure for its immigration process. When there was the colonial time, these colonial made their own laws for the immigrations of the persons. In the year of 1970 through the Naturalization Act, there was made the first attempt for the making of rules for the immigration of the citizens in the America. There was made an act in the China on the name of the China Exclusion Act was made to the expulsion of the Chinese people. In the year of 1924, there was another Act was passed that comprising the data of how many immigrants are allowed to get quota for the nationality. Then in the year of 1952, The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 were presented that created the Immigration and Naturalization Services for the public. Only in the United States of America, there were five major departments were involved in the process of the immigration. These five major departments of Americans were the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the Department of State, the Department of Labor, and the department of Health and Human Services.
Immigration through Lottery
Every year, in the different countries of the world we may see that there is a lottery system is also introduced. In America the Federal government launched a Diversity Visa Lottery. This system of lottery permits the citizens of other countries a right to get legal entry into the United States of America through this lottery scheme presented by the Federal government. But there is a condition that those countries are allowed to participate in this system those have the low rates of immigration to the America, these are the countries are allowed to apply.
Different Types of Visa
There are always two types of visa are described in the whole of the world, among this division, at first place those people who wants to live in any country permanently they get the visa that is called Immigrant Visa. At the second place, there is a Non Immigrant Visa that is permitted to offer to those persons those who want to stay thee for some time. Among this type are the tourists or those persons who come to visit the country.
Control measures
Among this whole of the process we need to be very careful, as a lot of the countries are showing the cautiousness in the borders or on the entry point such as the border and on the entry points and on the airports. For the controlling measures, there is a department like a Customs Department that checks and inspects the traveling documents, a passport, your traveling ticket and other necessary documents on the entry point or on the airport.
