Several law enforcement officials searched the business on Dec. 6 and found where alcoholic beverages allegedly were served to people younger than 21, even though the business wasn�t located in an area where any alcohol sales are legal.
Four men, between the ages of 18 and 20, were charged with underage drinking.
Linda Davidson, also known as Glenda Davidson, of Crossville, was arrested on a warrant charging disorderly conduct and was released later on $100,000 bond.
Bradley Eugene Smith, 21, of Albertville, was charged on a second-degree count of possessing marijuana.
Marshall�s complaint asks the Marshall County Circuit Court to keep Linda Davidson and C.M. Davidson from being able to operate any liquor nuisance or unlawful drinking place anywhere in the county.
